Here are some quick tips for you this Valentines Day:

• Are you all alone on Valentines Day? Then look at the positive side; you've got no one to disturb you!  Why don't you light some candles and indulge in a hot bath?  Add some scented bath salts and perhaps a glass of champagne and you might just be in heaven.
• What about snuggling up in bed with a good book and a box of luxurious chocolates by your side?  Guess what?  You don't have to share!
• How about ordering a tasty take-away and curling up on the couch with your favourite movie?  How wonderful; you're in sole command of the remote!  When you reach the best part of the movie treat yourself to a giant cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows.
• If you have children and family nearby why not rejoice in them?  Have some nibbles and a games night.  Laughter is good for the soul.
• Lastly but by no means least how about you get your single friends together and have a backwards dinner party?  It's a lot of fun and you get to have dessert first!

Go on!  Treat yourself this Valentines Day and celebrate the love within.  I'm going to!
