TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN PLACING ORDERS
Beautiful Baskets delivers your chosen gifts all over Australia. Please provide any special instructions about where to leave the delivery if no one is home to receive it. This can be done in the notes section during checkout or by sending us an email. If you wish your gift to be delivered on a specific day or a personalised card with your wording be included, please let us know.
All orders placed by 11AM will be shipped that day for delivery to their destination. Time required for delivery is dependant on location and is outlined in shipping & freight.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped on the next business working day.
All items advertised on Beautiful Baskets website are in stock unless otherwise stated. However we reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock and guarantee that the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.

Please contact us for precise delivery times at your recipient’s location. There is no Weekend/Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.
Beautiful Baskets take every care to ensure that your gift arrives at its destination on time and in pristine condition. Reputable couriers are employed to deliver your gifts. However we cannot guarantee unforeseen situations such as damage or theft, or late delivery of your gift.
Beautiful Baskets does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Beautiful Baskets will assess the situation for replacement based on the circumstances.
Delivery of Liquor
Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 years or over. The licensee will ensure delivery arrangements are made, including requiring evidence of age where appropriate. Beautiful Baskets Liquor Licence No. is 46105246.
On-line payments via Paypal. Paypal provides a secure payment facility for most credit cards and debit cards.
Payments can also be made via Amex or Direct Bank Deposit – please contact us to use either of these methods.
If a product listed in one of our gift baskets is unavailable at the time of processing your order, a substitute will be used. We will always use a product of equal quality and of equal or greater cost at no expense to you.
Should there be a problem with the delivered goods, a claim must be submitted in writing within 7 days from receipt of goods.
