HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

Have a look at the terms and conditions menu on the home page for the detailed delivery information link.  If you require delivery on a particular day, for example in the case of a birthday, let us know and we will make every effort to ensure that delivery happens on the date you request.  Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.  If you need to give detailed information to the courier, such as where to deliver the basket if there is no one home, let us know.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Beautiful Baskets take every care to ensure that your gift arrives at its destination on time and in pristine condition.   Reputable couriers are employed to deliver your gifts.  However we cannot guarantee unforeseen situations such as damage or theft after delivery, or late delivery of your gift.  If a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Beautiful Baskets will asses the situation for replacement or a refund of your money based on the circumstances.

 

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?

No; unfortunately we do not provide our products and services outside of Australia at this time.

Click on ‘add to cart’ (Check that your cart contains the right basket)

Provide billing information

Agree to terms of service by clicking on the box

Click ‘send registration’

Add a new shipping address; if different to your own address (do this by clicking on the brown words ‘Shipping address’)

Click ‘next’ (Check that the details of your order are correct so far)

Click on the circle or radio button beside ‘Paypal’ or ‘Contact me for payment by Amex’

Type in your personalised message in the box provided and we will place this text on a card, or add any instructions for delivery etc
